About Anderson County Court Docket

Anderson County court dockets and case records are divided among several offices in Clinton, Oak Ridge, and the county's other incorporated cities. The Circuit Court Clerk keeps Circuit, Criminal, and General Sessions records, while the Clerk & Master handles Chancery, probate, and related files. Tennessee has an appellate case-history system, but no single statewide public search replaces the local trial-court clerks. This private reference site organizes those official routes so readers can identify the right office, docket calendar, phone number, or request process.

Why We Built This Site

Public access begins with the office that holds the record. In Anderson County, the Circuit Court Clerk maintains court-of-record files and the daily dockets for Circuit, Criminal, and General Sessions matters. The Clerk & Master has a separate system for Chancery, probate, child-support, and related cases. Municipal courts keep their own ordinance and citation matters. Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 34 governs access to state court records, subject to lawful limits. We bring the official contacts, local calendars, search fields, and request routes together while keeping those court boundaries clear.

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site, not an Anderson County or Tennessee government service. It is not connected to the Circuit Court Clerk, Clerk & Master, any municipal court, or any state agency. Those boundaries mean:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk or court that maintains an Anderson County file can issue its official or certified copy. This site can identify the likely custodian, but it cannot supply the record.
